The center figure is a sketch of my daughter playing at her computer. The others are from the covers of some of her DVDs. Hopefully at least one of those is recognizable.

Nice work, as usual, Steve.
With all the financial and political calamity (politicalamity?)going on recently, this sketch of your kid blissfully engrossed by the computer is quite the peaceful image.
Princess Diaries and Shrek I see, but I don't watch enough movies to know the others. I just hope the smiling guy is a young John Wayne, and not The Wiggles (shudder). Those dudes just creep me out!
I really like the contrast her bright hair brings to the piece. Other than Princess Diaries and Shrek I'm not sure what the other movies are though...I get the feeling I'll kick myself though once I find out who they are.
George - Thanks. I enjoyed looking through your blog as well. Great stuff there!
Drew and Jay - Princess Diaries and Shrek (of course) are both correct. The guy in the hat came from Annie (I think). The smiling guy - I have no idea. I am certain however, that NO Wiggles were involved!

That's beautiful~!
Lovely stuff Steve, great profile of your daughter.
I second all of the above. Lovely drawing of your daughter; the hair is beautifully rendered.
Thanks Dan, Dylan, and Alan. I appreciate the comments!
