Fantastic Four

As you may have heard yesterday, I'll be following up The Marvels Project by working with Jonathan Hickman on Fantastic Four. You can read various articles and interviews with Jonathan and me at the following links:

UPDATE: The FANTASTIC FOUR Become a Terrific Trio in Sep

Jonathan Hickman welcomes artist Steve Epting to FANTASTIC FOUR

And here are the original drawings that were composited together for the teaser images that ran with the announcements and articles. These are my first real drawings of most of these characters as a professional aside from a trading card I did back in the 90s. If I can dig it up I'll post it later.

I can't wait to see your pencils and inks on the FF, Steve!
Congrats again!
I'm sure you will raise this title to its former glory of the early 1970s!

Such great news! I feel bad for anyone who has to draw the Thing after you! That is going to be so incredible!

Great news. As a long time FF fan, I am always looking for a reason to give the book a try again so I'll definitely be picking it up.
Nice to meet you amid the Heroes Con craziness ;)

Hey Steve! It's great to see your upcoming project! I will definitely be picking up your run on Fantastic 4 to see how everything plays out! Do you know how long you'll be on the book for at this point?

When you have a chance, can you get in touch with me about purchasing your latest print (The WWII style propaganda Cap poster)?

Thanks in advance!

Tremendous images of FF! Love that slick realistic style and lovely spotting of blacks. Preview pages look fine too

Steve, you are unquestionably the best artist in comics, and I can't wait to see your FF. I'm sure you'll do for it what you did for Cap. You were every bit as important to Cap's success as Bru was. You are one of the few artists that can raise this series to claim it's title as The World's Greatest Comic Magazine!
