Steve, I absolutely love this image of Red Skull. Don't ask me why, but the first thing that came to mind when I saw this is that it should be a giant, framed painting hanging in a judge's chambers. Is that weird?
Not weird at all - if you've seen the cover for Cap #38 then you know that's exactly the feel I was going for with the portrait. Thanks for the comment!
Uh oh, he's got his power tie on. You know that can't be good.

ReplyDeleteNice Skull!
ReplyDeleteJust picked up Cap #34 today. Good work. I didn't care for the new costume at first, but I think it works well in ink.
Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day. I'm working on Cap now too... the old one.
Thanks Paulo. I'm a big fan of your work and I'm really looking forward to the Cap Mythos.
ReplyDeleteHey Steve
ReplyDeleteThat Red Skull is awesome. I love how you render the Skull/face and Skull/mask differently.
